If you purchase from the official online store and return the product within 90 days of receipt, we will provide free repairs and return shipping. If there are holes or loose stitching, please contact us using the form below.

- Free alterations are limited to one item per order, with a maximum of two alterations allowed.
・The shipping fee for the product must be paid by the customer. Please send it by prepaid shipping.
